• GENERAL HAIR CARE TIPS

    • Detangle Gently: Always use a wide-tooth comb or a soft paddle brush, starting from the tips and working your way up to the roots to prevent shedding and breakage.
    • Wash with Care: Use a sulphate-free, alcohol-free shampoo to cleanse the hair without stripping its natural moisture.
    • Moisturize & Condition: Keep your hair hydrated by using a lightweight leave-in
conditioner or a serum to prevent dryness.
    • Limit Heat Styling: While our hair is heat-friendly, excessive heat can cause damage. Always use a heat protectant before applying heat tools.
    • Protect While Sleeping: Wrap your hair in a silk or satin bonnet or use a silk pillowcase to reduce friction and tangling while sleeping.

  • WASHING YOUR WIGS

    1. Detangle the wig using a wide-tooth comb before washing.
    2. Fill a basin with lukewarm water and mix in a small amount of sulphate-free
    shampoo.
    3. Gently submerge the wig and swish it in the water (avoid rubbing or twisting).
    4. Rinse thoroughly with cool water until all shampoo is removed.
    5. Apply a moisturizing conditioner, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then rinse.
    6. Pat dry with a towel and place on a wig stand to air dry.

  • STYLING YOUR WIG

    • Use a low heat setting when styling to prevent heat damage.
    • Avoid excessive use of gels or heavy styling products, as they can build up over
    time.
    • Always store your wig on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain its shape.

  • HOW TO CARE FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS AND BUNDLES

    Before Installation
    • Co-wash the hair with a sulphate-free conditioner before installing.
    • Allow the hair to air dry completely to maintain its texture and shine.

  • DAILY MAINTENANCE

    • Brush and detangle extensions gently before bed and in the morning.
    • Keep hair moisturized with lightweight serums or oils (avoid heavy oils that can
    weigh it down).
    • If wearing a sew-in, moisturize your scalp regularly and avoid excessive tension to
    prevent hair breakage.

  • WASHING EXTENSIONS

    • Wash extensions every 1-2 weeks to remove product buildup.
    • Use a gentle shampoo and conditioner, following the same washing steps as for
    wigs.
    • Avoid scrubbing or rubbing the hair to prevent tangling.
